Guarantee Policy

• All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received upto 8 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show.
• All Credit Card information is encrypted for Privacy over the internet.
• The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
• To make modifications or cancellations please do the same way as you booked it no cancellation or modification will be done directly at the hotel

Child Policy

• A child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents room without being charged.
• For two children between 3 and 12 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at the parents' applicable room rate. Subject to availability
• For children between 12 and 16 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at the parents' applicable room rate
• For a child/children, please put a special request while making reservations under 'Remarks'
